Good Riddance to Toxins!

The body eliminates waste products from the body via the colon, the skin and the lungs.  It’s an extremely important process to rid the body of harmful toxins and allow nutrients to do their job effectively.  Having a healthy liver is vital in breaking down toxins to protect the body from disease and toxin overload which can become stored in the adipose tissue (flabby skin on the tummy!), causing a whole host of serious health issues.

  • Refined foods
  • Tea, coffee, and alcohol
  • High amounts of dairy and red meat
  • High amounts of sodium (salt)
  • Trans-fatty acids
  • Smoking
  • Manufactured fruit juices
  • Low fat foods with hidden sugars
  • High levels of certain saturated fats – read this article on how they may not be as unhealthy as always claimed!


AVOID LAXATIVES – they are essentially irritants that upset the delicate colon,

can tire and damage the muscles, and can become addictive

if they enter the bloodstream!
