Being a busy person myself, I completely understand the sacrifices we can often make for others and our families. However we need to remember to look after ourselves first in order to give our best to others, especially if we have existing health concerns.
I absolutely love helping busy people to improve their health and lifestyle with the support of good nutrition, fun fitness and understanding underlying behaviours. I do not believe in faddy diets or expensive gimmicks – these can sadly often cause more longer term damage than good!
I am a fully qualified and insured Personal Trainer, with additional qualifications in Clinical Nutrition and Clinical Weight Control, although I also hold expertise and training across the well being spectrum. I am also a fully registered member of The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) and The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), ensuring that I also participate in regular training to ensure that my skills are continuously improved.
I really enjoy living near the countryside and exploring new and exciting experiences, good food and being social when I am not helping other people to transform their lives!
